Group CSR day
In September, employees at our four French sites - Annecy, Saint-Claude, Bourgoin and Orgelet - took part in a CSR half-day dedicated to presenting our strategy and mobilising everyone around our ambitions.
A successful and inspiring first CSR day!
Alongside coaches from The Shaker Company, our employees (re)discovered the five pillars of our CSR strategy in a fun and participative way:
- Be an employer committed to the health, wellbeing and development of our employees.
- Pursue a responsible purchasing policy.
- Accelerate the decarbonisation of our sites.
- Create sustainable solutions for our customers.
- Promote a generative economy.
The day was also an opportunity to invite everyone to get involved in implementing our CSR policy.
A large number of employees have volunteered to join the thematic workstreams, which are real levers for action to drive forward our commitments:
- Health and safety at work
- Skills development and transfer
- Decarbonisation and environmental impact
