What are the duties of a Business Developer?
You will develop and manage commercial activities in your customer segments, working closely with technical teams and internal departments.
Your objective: to generate growth, ensure customer satisfaction and convert opportunities into concrete orders.
Your strengths
- Graduate of a business or engineering school, with at least 8 years’ experience in complex B2B sales.
- Expert in plastics processing and injection moulding, able to turn opportunities into concrete results.
- Talent for prospecting, bringing teams together and managing ambitious commercial projects.
- Multilingual, English is a minimum requirement!
- Naturally assertive, persuasive and results-oriented – you enjoy taking on challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, empathy and autonomy in your actions.
