From defining standards to designing workstations, you contribute to the technical and organisational development of the site, in conjunction with production and other departments.

Sensitive to environmental issues, you manage the site’s energy policy.
You monitor consumption, analyse indicators and implement concrete actions to improve energy performance.
You ensure that installations comply with regulations and raise awareness among teams about the responsible use of resources.

What are the duties of a maintenance manager?
The Maintenance Manager organises, plans and supervises all preventive and corrective maintenance activities and continuous improvement at the site. He/She ensures the reliability of production resources, regulatory compliance and adherence to safety, quality, environmental and productivity requirements. He/She is also responsible for the smooth running of investment projects and the optimisation of industrial processes.
You will work in a demanding industrial environment, covering production, quality and energy performance.
Your objective: to guarantee the reliability, performance and safety of production equipment while supporting the site’s technical and energy innovation projects.
Your strengths
Level III training (BTS Maintenance) in a technical or industrial field.
Or significant professional experience that has enabled you to develop methodology and technical skills.
