You carry out technical analyses and studies to address project issues. You bring your expertise to the production and quality teams, participate in technical consultations and identify the necessary resources. Using your knowledge of materials, processes and specialised machinery, you guarantee the reliability of the proposed solutions and optimise project performance.

A driver of continuous improvement

You participate in process optimisation and resource rationalisation to improve overall project performance. You contribute to the development of standards, the formalisation of methods and the sharing of best practices. You analyse feedback, propose innovative solutions and support teams in the implementation of continuous improvement.

What are the duties of a Project Manager?

The Project Manager oversees internal or external projects assigned to them, from design to implementation, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and quality requirements are met. He/She coordinates between internal teams, customers, suppliers and subcontractors, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products. He/She works in a demanding technical and industrial environment, at the crossroads of development, production and customer relations.

Their objective: to guarantee the success of the project while optimising the company’s methods, tools and overall performance.

Your strengths

A four- or five-year degree (or engineering school) in a scientific, technical or industrial field, or extensive professional experience that has enabled you to acquire a solid methodology, best practices and technical skills.
