A new opportunity is available at our site in Stabio, within our Healthcare Business Unit, for the position of Employee Sales Administration.

At the intersection of Swiss quality and the stringent requirements of the healthcare market, we offer our clients unparalleled production capacity; a dedicated industrialization team also supports all your development and qualification needs.

YOUR MISSION

Sales Order Management

  • Enter and manage sales orders in the system
  • Verify the completeness and correctness of the data
  • Monitor deadlines and report any critical issues
  • Manage operational communication with customers (delivery dates, updates, delays)
  • Keep the order book up to date

Production Planning and Orders

  • Process and update production orders
  • Support planning based on priority and production capacity
  • Coordinate with the Production Manager for the definition of priorities
  • Monitor order progress and report variances
  • Ensure consistency between sales orders and production

Raw material procurement

  • Manage material purchase orders based on production needs
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder
  • Check the availability of materials to ensure production continuity
  • Interfacing with suppliers for deliveries and reminders
  • Report supply criticalities

Logistics and shipping

  • Organize shipments according to delivery dates
  • Prepare transport documentation (transport documents, required documents)
  • Coordinate with carriers and customers
  • Monitor the status of shipments
  • Manage any logistical issues

Data Management and Systems

  • Ensure correctness and updating of data in the system (SAP)
  • Manage item, customer and material master data
  • Support operational reporting (orders, progress, stock)

Production support

  • Collaborate with manufacturing for alignment on priorities and materials
  • Report any misalignments between the plan and the production reality
  • Support the management of emergencies

Authority

  • Manage and update sales and production orders
  • Report operational criticalities and propose solutions
  • Interfacing directly with customers and suppliers for operational aspects
  • Block the entry or progress of orders in case of incomplete or inconsistent data
  • Manage and update sales and production orders

YOUR STRENGTHS

  • Italian, English, and German (mandatory)
  • Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent background
  • Operational flexibility and active collaboration with business needs.
  • Sales order management
  • Production planning and order coordination
  • Raw material procurement and stock management
  • Logistics and shipment coordination
  • SAP data management and operational reporting

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Start date: As soon as possible (urgent position)
  • Working schedule: Day shift (office hours)
  • Working time: 40–42 hours per week
  • Contract : Permanent contract
  • Salary: To be agreed based on experience and profile.
