A new opportunity has arisen at our Bourgoin site, within our Industry BU, for a Key Account Manager.
- FaiveleyTech Bourgoin is a major player in industry in the Isère region, specialising in the conversion of technical polymers. We develop and produce high-performance global solutions for our partners in the mobility, energy, digital – robotics and hygiene sectors.
YOUR MISSION
- Develop the existing customer portfolio and prospect for new high-potential accounts.
- Develop and implement a sales penetration strategy for strategic accounts.
- Ensure commercial and administrative follow-up of accounts: offers, rates, margins, lead times, quality and invoicing.
- Negotiate deals in accordance with the rules laid down by the sales department.
- Manage responses to invitations to tender and ensure that proposals are technically and economically relevant.
- Organising and leading project opening milestones (JOP) in coordination with internal teams.
- Process customer investment orders and monitor them through to delivery.
- Analysing commercial dashboards and proposing corrective action or improvements.
- Participating in the preparation and organisation of trade fairs and customer events.
- Applying and ensuring compliance with current quality, safety, environmental and energy regulations.
YOUR STRENGTHS
Technical skills :
- Knowledge of thermoplastic materials and the plastic injection process.
- Mastery of sales, negotiation and communication techniques.
- Good use of ERP, Pack Office and professional English (German is a plus).

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS
- Position to be promoted to permanent contract.
- Executive status with a 216-day working week.
