A new opportunity has arisen at our Orgelet site, within our Beauty BU, for the position of Operator M/F.
- FaiveleyTech Orgelet is a major industrial player in the Jura region, specialising in the perfume, skincare, make-up, hygiene and spirits markets. The Beauty BU is renowned for its technical expertise in plastic injection, assembly and decoration, as well as its knowledge and mastery of recyclable, recycled and bio-sourced materials.
YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Team Leader, your role will be to package and assemble manufactured parts while performing self-inspection and operating production processes.
We offer you a motivating challenge in a versatile position:
- Ensure administrative follow-up of production documentation
- Package products in accordance with established procedures
- Perform assembly operations according to procedures
- Carry out visual inspection of parts, ensure self-checks, and raise alerts in case of deviations
- Hand over information to the next shift
- Identify machine and equipment malfunctions in the event of an incident
- Contribute to the control of OEE, scrap rate, and labor efficiency, as well as to the overall performance improvement of the team
- Propose improvements to optimize workshop productivity
YOUR STRENGTHS
- A good level of education in reading, writing (in French), and basic mathematics is required. A successful professional experience of 1–2 years in a similar role is preferred.
- You rely on your organisational skills, attention to detail, and observational abilities, combined with a strong team spirit, to successfully carry out your duties.
YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS
- Position to be filled as soon as possible
- Shift work in 2×8 (day or fixed night shifts). Fixed-term contract (FTC), with the possibility of becoming permanent (permanent contract).
- Salary: statutory minimum wage (as defined by the applicable collective agreement) + shift allowances + meal allowance + transport allowance.
