A new opportunity is available at our site in Stabio, within our Healthcare Business Unit, for the position of Plastic process Expert.

• A major player in the Canton of Ticino, FaiveleyTech Ticino, located in Stabio, embodies our new flagship of “Made in Switzerland.” In a new 4,000 m² industrial facility designed according to the highest energy and organizational standards, we deploy our expertise in plastics engineering and cleanroom production environments. At the intersection of Swiss quality and the stringent requirements of the healthcare market, we offer our clients unparalleled production capacity; a dedicated industrialization team also supports all your development and qualification needs.

• Perform trials for new processes under industrialization, for development or qualification purposes, based on requests from project managers
• Perform trials includes mold set-up, process setup and adjustment, sampling, 1st part visual inspection, mold removal.
• Prepare and anticipate requirements and/or risks related to trials, ensuring objectives are met, including the availability of shared production equipment
• Define equipment settings, particularly for injection molding machines
• Define the technical setup required to meet quality and capacity targets
• Report on trial progress to stakeholders
• Lead and write production standards (ie parameters sheets)
• Manage the lifecycle of process parameters sheets
• Recommend solutions using technical expertise to resolve process- or product-related issues, mainly during industrialization but occasionally in production
• Support colleagues on technical topics (commercial, design, setup equipment or troubleshooting)
• Validate project milestones within the scope of responsibility
• Inform support departments or management in case of deviations
• Train production teams on processes and products

• May be required to work other schedules applicable within the company, including production shift.
