A new opportunity has arisen at our Orgelet site, within our Beauty BU, for the position of Press Operator M/F.

• FaiveleyTech Orgelet is a major industrial player in the Jura region, specialising in the perfume, skincare, make-up, hygiene and spirits markets. The Beauty BU is renowned for its technical expertise in plastic injection, assembly and decoration, as well as its knowledge and mastery of recyclable, recycled and bio-sourced materials.

Reporting to the Team Leader, your role will be to package and assemble manufactured parts, using self-checking and process control. We’re offering you an exciting challenge in a multi-skilled position:

• Ensure administrative follow-up of production documents,
• Pack according to established procedures,
• Carry out assembly according to procedures,
• Carrying out visual checks on parts and ensuring self-checking and alerting in the event of drift,
• Pass on instructions to the next shift,
• Detect machine and equipment malfunctions in the event of an incident,
• Contribute to controlling the OEE, the scrap rate and the efficiency of the MOD, and to improving the team’s performance,
• Suggest improvements to optimise workshop productivity management.

• Good academic level in reading, writing and arithmetic.
  equivalent of 2/3 years’ professional experience in a similar position.
• You will be able to rely on your organisational skills, your attention to detail and your powers of observation, complemented by your team spirit, to successfully carry out your mission.

• Position to be filled as soon as possible,
• Shift work on a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract,
• Salary: standard minimum wage + team bonus + basket bonus + transport bonus,
