A new opportunity has arisen at our Orgelet site, within our Beauty BU, for the position of Project Manager.

• FaiveleyTech Orgelet is a major industrial player in the Jura region, specialising in the perfume, skincare, make-up, hygiene and spirits markets. The Beauty BU is renowned for its technical expertise in plastic injection, assembly and decoration, as well as its knowledge and mastery of recyclable, recycled and bio-sourced materials.

Reporting to the Development Manager, your mission will be to manage the projects assigned to you, ensuring their implementation and follow-up while meeting cost, quality and delivery requirements.

Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments, FaiveleyTech Orgelet offers you motivating challenges in a versatile position:

• Participate in project meetings in collaboration with the technical teams.
• Prepare quotations while ensuring their technical and economic relevance.
• Review preliminary designs and development projects, and validate drawings.
• Validate tooling design and provide expertise in collaboration with the Mechanical and Testing Departments.
• Work with the technical teams to define industrialization methods.
• Ensure the creation of technical data in the ERP system.
• Verify, with the support of the Development Quality Department, that parts comply with specifications.
• Ensure throughout the development process that products comply with applicable standards and regulatory requirements, and guarantee the availability of all related documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project development process.

• A Plastics Engineering degree (BTS, Engineering degree, or equivalent) would be an asset.
• Professional experience in Plastic Injection Molding and product development, ideally in Cosmetic Packaging.
• Responsiveness, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as analytical and synthesis abilities.
• A team player capable of contributing to the efficient operation of the department.
