A new opportunity has arisen at our Saint-Claude site, within our Industry BU, for the position of Quality Coordinator M/F.

  • A major player in the industrial sector in the Jura region, FaiveleyTech Saint-Claude is an expert in engineering thermoplastic transformation. The site develops and manufactures high-performance global solutions for its partners in the mobility, energy, digital and robotics, and hygiene sectors.

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the conformity of manufactured parts in accordance with existing procedures and customer requirements.

He/She is responsible for verifying compliance with production records; carrying out measurements and functional tests according to product inspection standards; applying and enforcing the reaction procedure in case of detection of non-conforming products; conducting internal audits required for the implementation of the quality system; and ensuring the verification of inspection equipment.

He/She performs incoming inspection of purchased products in line with incoming inspection procedures; carries out qualification measurements on modified products during their lifecycle; participates in the management of internal and external non-conformities; contributes to the achievement and maintenance of certifications; and trains relevant employees in the use of inspection tools and self-inspection of parts.

YOUR STRENGTHS

  • A qualification in Quality Management and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality-related position.
  • Strong command of statistical analysis and inspection/control techniques
  • Essential industrial experience, ideally in plastic injection moulding
  • A critical yet constructive mindset, excellent communication skills, dynamism, adaptability, and strong organisational abilities are essential to succeed in this role, in line with our values: Always Respect – Dare to Take Initiative – Enjoy Working Together – Work with Passion.

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Permanent contract  to be filled as soon as possible
  • Afternoon shift (1:00 pm – 9:00 pm)
  • Transport allowance and meal allowance
  • 14 days of additional paid time off per year
  • Salary based on experience
