A new opportunity has arisen at our Bourgoin site, within our Industry BU, for a Senior Project Manager.

  • FaiveleyTech Bourgoin is a major player in industry in the Isère region, with expertise in the transformation of technical polymers. We develop and produce high-performance global solutions for our partners in the mobility, energy, digital – robotics and hygiene sectors.

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Development Director of the Industry BU,the Senior Project Manager’s role is to develop processes and co-develop products, acting as the customer’s privileged interface. You will develop production resources, from allocation to validation, while guaranteeing quality, costs and deadlines. You will also support production.

  • Act as an interface between the company’s internal and external partners,
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors relating to your activity,
  • Provide technical input to proposals based on specifications, development programmes and customer requests,
  • Determine the functional, physical, dimensional and chemical constraints of parts, components, equipment and/or installations,
  • Lead project/feasibility reviews,
  • Define or participate in the drafting of specifications within the scope of its expertise (associated quality, reliability and maintainability requirements).

YOUR STRENGTHS

  • You have 4 or 5 years’ higher education or an engineering degree, or equivalent significant professional experience in the industrial sector. Your knowledge of the plastics industry has been supplemented by professional experience that has enabled you to acquire the necessary methodology and technical knowledge.
  • You will be able to read drawings independently and use the automotive process qualification monitoring system (APQP).
  • The use of rheology would be a plus.
  • You are fluent in English.

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Position to be promoted to permanent contract.
  • Executive status with a 216-day working week
