A new opportunity has arisen at our Saint-Claude site, within our Industry BU, for the position of Work-Study Injection Moulding Setter Technician M/F.
YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Setter Technician is responsible for carrying out production changeover operations through to serial production start-up, while ensuring product conformity and adherence to the production schedule.
- Carry out dismantling and assembly of tooling on machines in accordance with procedures
- Set production equipment and process parameters
- Perform production start-ups in line with procedures
- Modify robot programs
- Restart machines after stoppages
- Perform first-level maintenance operations
- Check and analyse data and malfunctions, and determine corrective actions
- Participate in shift handovers and transfer of production instructions
- Complete production tracking documents
- Conduct internal audits related to orderliness, organisation, and cleanliness
- Contribute to OEE control and overall performance improvement
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving working groups
- Ensure effective communication of information
- Apply company rules and procedures related to quality, safety, and environment
YOUR STRENGTHS
- A qualification (Bac) in Plastics Engineering is required to succeed in this role.
- Currently preparing a BTS or a Bachelor’s degree.
