  • Apply for a job offer ;

At the end of the retention periods indicated above, and once the purposes for which your personal data were collected have been fulfilled, FAIVELEYTECH will delete them. The retention period for your personal data may be extended if such data are necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of FAIVELEYTECH’s legal rights.

How do we share your personal data?

Regardless of the purpose of the processing carried out in relation to your personal data, we may disclose your personal data:

  • to authorized members of FAIVELEYTECH in the course of performing their duties connected with the purposes identified above ;
  • to our subcontracting partners, to whom FAIVELEYTECH entrusts all or part of the implementation of the processing described in this Privacy Policy. Our subcontracting partners notably include those responsible for sending commercial communications and those handling the verification or preparation of our accounts;

Finally, your personal data may be disclosed to persons involved in any potential processes relating to the sale, acquisition, merger, consolidation, or transfer of FAIVELEYTECH to third parties.

Are your personal data transferred outside the European Union?

As a rule, the personal data we collect from you are not intended to be transferred outside the European Union and are hosted on servers located in France or within the European Union and/or the European Economic Area.

However, should your personal data be transferred, for the purposes described above, to companies located in countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, FAIVELEYTECH will take, prior to such transfer, all necessary measures and safeguards to secure the transfer, and undertakes to ensure that such transfer is covered by one of the following :

    • the right to request the erasure of your personal data,
    • when the processing is based on your consent, the right to withdraw your consent at any time,
    • the right to object to the processing of your personal data and/or to request restriction of processing,
    • the right to request the portability of the personal data you have provided to us, when such data are subject to automated processing based on your consent or the performance of a contract,
    • the right to define advance directives regarding the fate of your personal data after your death, including the right to request their deletion or transmission to a third party.

To enable FAIVELEYTECH to respond promptly, please include your full name, email address, and postal address in your rights-exercise request. Where appropriate, FAIVELEYTECH may request additional information or documents to clarify your request or verify your identity.

In accordance with applicable regulations, and unless otherwise provided by law, you will receive a response within one (1) month of FAIVELEYTECH’s receipt of your request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés – CNIL).

Security of your personal data

FAIVELEYTECH is committed to ensuring the security of the personal data you transmit to us. To prevent any unauthorized access, use, alteration, destruction, loss, damage, or disclosure, appropriate technical and organizational measures have been implemented to protect the personal data collected and to restrict access to authorized persons only.
