At the end of the retention periods indicated above, and once the purposes for which your personal data were collected have been fulfilled, FAIVELEYTECH will delete them. How do we share your personal data?

Are your personal data transferred outside the European Union?

To enable FAIVELEYTECH to respond promptly, please include your full name, email address, and postal address in your rights-exercise request. Where appropriate, FAIVELEYTECH may request additional information or documents to clarify your request or verify your identity.
In accordance with applicable regulations, and unless otherwise provided by law, you will receive a response within one (1) month of FAIVELEYTECH’s receipt of your request.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés – CNIL).
Security of your personal data
FAIVELEYTECH is committed to ensuring the security of the personal data you transmit to us.
