FaiveleyTech® is a family-owned industrial group. Thanks to core expertise in the transformation of
plastics and automated assembly as well as key skills in development, industrial manufacturing and
serial production, FaiveleyTech® creates high-performance solutions for all of our partners in the
Industry, Beauty and Healthcare sectors.
Our major priorities for the coming three years are to continue to support these sectors in their digital
and ecological transition policies. Respect, mutual assistance, passionate commitment and daring to
drive initiatives are a host of values which fuel our Group’s employees to meet the requirements of
our partner clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, in total coherence with the spirit of our family
To achieve this, the Business Units at FaiveleyTech Group have committed to implementing continuous
improvement with a view to:
- Building a clear and ambitious commercial strategy for each individual BU and training sales
teams in its roll-out.
- Basing its expertise on tried-and-tested methods, developing competitivity and performance
for each of the Group’s business sectors on the basis of a pooled management system for
Quality assurance, Environment and Health and safety at work, promoting the sharing of
initiatives between sites and Business Units.
Simultaneously, support services such as Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, Communication and Information Systems are organised so as to offer resources and means required for the development of Business Units and to allow them to achieve their goals.
All of this falls in the framework of coherence corporate social and ethical policy. We shall officially outline this commitment during the 2023-2024 financial year.
These ambitions will clearly lead to profitability for the Group which we need to ensure the loyalty of our employees and attract new talent, offer support to our clients, and instil our partners and shareholders with trust.
In this perspective, FaiveleyTech® will pay particular attention to the following areas:
- Reducing the environmental impact of its business activities, starting with analysis of its greenhouse gas emissions over scopes 1, 2 and 3, and then prioritising initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of its sites and processes.
- The constant improvement in working conditions through identification of risks, so as to prevent any harm to the physical or psychological health of employees.
Decision-making bodies including the Board of Directors and Executive Committee at FaiveleyTech® Group will ensure this policy is properly distributed, understood and regularly reviewed and will remain attentive to the behaviour and commitment of each individual in its enforcement.
